Alfie for Claude

Connect Alfie to Claude and manage your Google Calendar by asking. See your week, find open time, and book, move or cancel meetings with friends and whole teams. Alfie shows each answer as a card you can tap: pick a time to book it, or add someone as a friend in one step.

Connect Alfie

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Find Alfie in the directory, or choose Add custom connector and enter https://helloalfie.ai/mcp.
  2. Sign in with Google and allow access. Alfie creates your account the first time.
  3. Ask “What can Alfie do?” to see examples from your own calendar.

Tip: in Settings → Connectors → Alfie, set the first group, “Interactive tools”, to Always allow. Then Claude can book for you without asking each time. When you pick a time in a card, Alfie still asks you to confirm before booking.

Limits

To keep Alfie from being used for spam, every account has the same daily limits:

  • • 20 friend requests a day
  • • 20 team invitations a day, and up to 50 members per team
  • • 100 guest invitations a day from meetings you book

Alfie tells you in Claude when you reach a limit.

Your data

  • • Claude receives only what each request needs: the events and free times for the days you ask about, contacts that match a name, and a friend's availability at the level they chose to share.
  • • Teams compare busy times only, never event names.
  • • Everything you book lives in your own Google Calendar. Your Google data isn't sold or used to train AI models.
  • • Read the full privacy policy.

Disconnect

Remove Alfie in Claude under Settings → Connectors. To also revoke Alfie's Google access, visit your Google Account's third-party connections. To delete your Alfie account and its data, email support@helloalfie.ai.
